At GiaKarma, each order is carefully prepared with intention and care.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
During launches, holidays, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer:
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $60
- Flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $60
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout where applicable
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
GiaKarma is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control. However, if you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
International Shipping
At this time, GiaKarma ships within the United States only.
